The Isle of Wight Ukulele Festival (IoWUF24) is returning on 18th October 2024 for its fourth edition, featuring a vibrant mix of performances, workshops for all skill levels, jamming sessions, and open mic opportunities. This year’s festival is full of surprises, with events held at Quay Arts, a popular and accessible venue on the Isle of Wight.
The international lineup includes Christopher Davis-Shannon from the USA and Danilo Vignola from Italy, known for his flamenco ukulele style. Local acts include the energetic Mother Ukers, the Northern Girls, the AD Cooke Band, and rising stars Luna Barge, alongside islanders JC Grimshaw and Luc Valvona, who will perform in character as Baron Fortitude at the festival’s cabaret.
